In 2004 the business moved from the 1200 square foot premises in Brentwood Bay to a 3600 square foot premise in Saanich. It currently has 4 service vehicles and 2 courtesy cars for its auto glass customers.

It currently employs 9 people and continues to experience steady growth in the areas of residential, commercial and automotive glass.

In 2006 First Response Glass Ltd was awarded Business of Year (1-10 employees) by the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
