Leadership That Works
The focus of this presentation is on proven leadership; putting organizations on the road to greatness. Greatness comes through trusted leadership that galvanizes organizational groups. We can become trusted, group-focused leaders by taking two steps: one is to embody the right leadership styles that match our personalities, the people we work with and the challenges continually in front of us; the second is to practice honest, procedurally strong leadership of key groups. Each of us, as leaders, has to figure out how to select, demonstrate, and practice the ‘right’ styles of leadership. We also have to determine how to accomplish important leadership work through delegating to, trusting, and being trusted by, key units and groups in our organizations.
