Bio
Marcia McNeil practices in the areas of labour, employment and human rights law. Marcia was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990, after a year as a Law Clerk to the BC Court of Appeal. She began her practice with a Vancouver labour and employment law firm.
In 1992, Marcia joined the Legal Department of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board as a staff lawyer, and in 1993, she was appointed Coordinator of the Legal Department.
Marcia continued her labour practice by joining the Public Service Employee Relations Commission in 1994, representing the Provincial Government in labour arbitrations and collective bargaining.
Marcia joined Fuller Pearlman in 1998. She became a partner in the firm, newly renamed Fuller Pearlman McNeil, in January 2000.
Marcia is the Chair of the Industry Training Appeal Board and the Vice-Chair of the Community Care and Assisted Living Appeal Board.
