Jeanne Martinson is a best-selling author in the areas of leadership and diversity. She has been the Managing Partner of her own firm, Martrain Corporate and Personal Development since 1993 and has clients from government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. Her work has taken her across Canada and the US, and this September, to the UK. Jeanne’s goal is to assist leaders in understanding diversity so they can attract, retain and engage their ideal workforce. Jeanne is the author of three books: Lies and Fair Tales that Deny Women Happiness, Escape from Oz-Leaderships for the 21st Century and War and Peace in the Workplace – Diversity, Conflict, Understanding, Reconciliation.
Jeanne has been past President of Saskatchewan Training and Development Association, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan and was also founder of the Saskatchewan chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS). As a leader in the community, Jeanne has been recognized with the Canada 125 Medal of Honour, the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award, the Saskatchewan Centennial Leadership Medal, and the Athena Award.
