Event Description: Time is finite so using it wisely and attaining key business results on time, are fundamental skills every working person should master. This workshop will show you how to: make decisions based on both importance and urgency; establish priorities so essential work is given the right attention; understand your own “high results” time and book it for challenging work; book ‘thinking’ time into your day to streamline your projects; delegate effectively so others gain knowledge and build team skills; say ‘No’ and negotiate deadlines and projects; manage emails and learn how to prevent allowing “blackberries” to overtake; essential functions. This one-day workshop will give you a greater understanding of the time robbers in your life and how to make better, more effective time management decisions.
