Event Description: This program provides participants with practical guidance in how projects are managed as well as explaining how these practical processes align with the latest PMBOK. Participants will be able to successfully take the PMP® examination (attaining their professional designation) and put this knowledge to work in managing real projects. The course focuses on three critical areas: - Understanding the Project Management Body of Knowledge - Understanding the Project Management Professional Examination Specification - Understanding how to successfully study for the exam * Course fee includes catered lunch each day and all of the required course material (course text book, comprehensive 500pg workbook, license to online simulated test bed of questions).
