Event Description: Car Free Day is a celebration of community and downtown and a chance for people to leave their cars behind for a day and hit the streets to experience Downtown Victoria's biggest street festival. Car Free Day will feature an exciting array of performers on three stages, community groups, businesses (retailers, service providers, artisans, makers, and food vendors), and downtown developers. We foresee people coming from throughout the region and anticipate attendance of 10,000 people.
