This seminar helps you become more skillful and thoughful about how to make the most of teams. This workshop utilizes instructor presentation, reflection, small and large group discussion, video clips, assessment tools and experiential activities to explore the following topics: - The leadership skills you need to create and empower high-performing teams - Communication patterns that diminish personal and team effectiveness - Strategies to address four major aspects of teamwork -decision making, task, communication and motivation About the facilitator Tammy Dewar and Dave Whittington are passionate educators who integrate theory and practice into creative, engaging and thought provoking learning experiences.
