Compassion fatigue, another term for burnout, can impact our physical, emotional and mental health and can have major implications for our personal well-being, our relationships and our ability to be productive in our jobs. Burnout does not have to be inevitable outcome of working in the helping field – come and be part of an interactive workshop and regain – or maintain the joy in your work! In this workshop participants will: - Make a connection between their own identity and work - Learn about the fight, flight, freeze response and what happens in their brain - Identify the warning signs of burnout and what can lead to - Develop a personal plan to prevent individual burnout - Learn ways to recover their enthusiasm and JOY for their work and life!
