Event Description: The landscape for non-profit organizations is constantly changing. Increased demand for our services can contribute to an overall sense of overwhelm for everyone in the organization. This workshop is an opportunity to step out of your current reality, and reframe what is happening around you and within your organization. Join Diane Lloyd to explore a thinking framework that will help you identify what is possible, what your strengths are, and what success looks like for your work today. Participating in this workshop will support you to re-enter your organization with fresh ways of thinking and a sense of hope and optimism that you can share with your colleagues. Come prepared with 2 or 3 specific challenges to explore throughout the workshop. This will be a highly interactive morning where you will be invited to share your ideas, solutions and challenges with the group. One of the keys to shifting mindset is to create connection and collaboration with others in a positive environment, and that is what this workshop will deliver. Participants will walk away with: A thinking framework to assess opportunities & challenges Re-energized and positive mindset for problem solving Specific ideas for implementing on the 2 or 3 challenges you bring to the session Connection with a peer group About the Facilitator Diane Lloyd, CFRE, ACC, is an Executive Coach and Founder of Inspired Results Group; a coaching firm that is grounded in the belief that organizations thrive when you invest in Leadership, Teamwork and Life. After a successful 20-year career generating revenue in the sport, education and cultural sectors, Diane pursued her passion for professional coaching and received her Certified Executive Coach credential from Royal Roads University and her Associate Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation. Diane is active in the non-profit sector as President Elect for the AFP Vancouver Island Chapter and an industry advisory to The Partnership Group –Sponsorship Specialists.
