Event Description: The Challenge: One of the key challenges salespeople face today is the ability to make a meaningful connection with their clients. This lack of connection results in miscommunications and missed opportunities. In a fast paced world, there is a struggle to truly stand out and be seen as having value. Why your product or service? And, what is in it for me? The Solution: The “Getting Into Your Customer’s Head” sales training program is designed to help salespeople understand how their customers buy. With a greater appreciation for customers’ buying psychology, we are best positioned to meet and exceed their needs. The key take-aways from this program are: • Help understand the buying psychology of customers. There is a tremendous advantage in knowing the predictable set of steps that a customer goes through when making a buying decision that involves a risk. • Provide over 50 sales tools – aka “GEMS” – that are practical, proven and will generate results immediately. • Leading indicators that assist in the salesperson’s ability to know where their customer is in their buying process. This way, adjustments can be made before it’s too late. • Motivation to succeed. The practical nature of this program gives you the ability to generate results on your first day back on the job. As well, the passionate, well communicated delivery stimulates a positive attitude and drive to perform. Ultimately, attending this course will help you become a customer focused salesperson.
