Join Master Trainer, Holly Fredrickson of WorldHost Training Services, Tourism BC's world-class Customer service training program as she facilitates the WorldHost Sales Powered by Service workshop. This 2 hour workshop teaches front-line employees how to be more effective sales representatives through a focus on service.
The Objectives of the Sales Powered by Service Workshop are to:
- Review the sales cycle and how it influences customer purchasing decisions
- Discuss the value of understanding both products/services and customer needs
- Adopt key principles that will increase sales through customer service
- Explain the benefits of selling beyond the basics
