Event Description: Enhance Your Customer Service Skills! Tourism BC’s internationally recognized customer service training program, WorldHost Training Services, is hosting a Fundamentals customer service workshop this Spring Break in Victoria. The Fundamentals workshop is a great opportunity for frontline staff to refresh and polish their customer service skills and gain an industry recognized professional development certificate. The objectives of the Fundamentals Workshop are to: • Provide participants with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service skills • Help participants communicate with customers more effectively and efficiently • Help participants demonstrate their attentiveness to customer needs • Provide participants with an understanding of the social and economic contribution that a healthy tourism industry makes to their home communities and the province REGISTER NOW: SEATS ARE LIMITED!
