What should an employer never say in a job interview with a prospective employee? What should an employer always ask in a job interview? Why are reference checks important? What are the most crucial elements to include in a letter of employment? Marcia McNeil, Partner with Heenan Blaikie has been answering these questions for employers for almost 20 years. In this presentation she will provide you with the benefit of other employers’ past mistakes (no names mentioned) and with an update on new developments in employment law.
