Event Description: If you've already taken Tenant Selection, Tenancy Management and/or other ROMS BC workshops, it's time to pull up your socks and attend Ending Tenancies and Beyond. This full day workshop goes in-depth into dealing with any and every less-than-perfect tenancy coming to an end. From effective documentation for complaints and warnings and actually serving notice, all the way through to enforcement of orders of possession and monetary orders, this full day session carries a guarantee that you will learn something you didn't already know about what many call the most difficult aspect of being a landlord. This workshop is being held at the ROMS BC office (830B Pembroke Street, Victoria), and cost $79 + HST for members and $99 + HST including lunch and handouts.
