Kiwanis Village is an “Independent Living” facility. ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE MOBILE AND CAPABLE OF TAKING CARE OF THEMSELVES. There are NO nursing services provided.

Kiwanis Village is a no pets environment, except for one or two birds in cages or fish in aquariums.

Applicants are selected for interviews based on the information provided on their personal application form, and selected candidates will be contacted for a personal interview appointment when a unit becomes available.
