Connect With Us
Seaspan’s Victoria Shipyards is the largest private ship repair and conversion operation on Canada’s West Coast. Operating within the federally owned Esquimalt Graving Dock, we are leaders in complex vessel repair and conversion for Canadian and international naval fleets and submarines, as well as for a variety of commercial vessels.
We are sought after to apply our unique repair and refit skills to large, complex projects, including modernization and mid-life refit services to the Canadian Navy’s frigates and submarines. We were the first shipyard in North America to execute a multi-year LNG dual fuel conversion on large vessels, and we are the only Canadian shipyard to regularly complete dockings of large cruise ships.
Our well-earned reputation stems from safe, responsible operations, a commitment to quality and a highly skilled team. Our welders, steel fabricators, mechanics, electricians, other trades men and women and our wider team apply their talents every day to make Victoria Shipyards a trusted ad valued partner to our customers.
