   • Plans, funds and operates transit (except in the Lower Mainland)

   • Delivers conventional transit service directly in the Victoria region
   • Carries over 57M passengers annually
   • Owns 1,115 buses
   • Manages annual expenditures of $350M in operating and $200M in capital
