Currently the Founder and CEO of McCarthy Pacific, Michael specializes in advisory services focused on sales optimization, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Finning Canada, he managed a $2 billion P&L and led a 200+ member team to surpass profit targets and elevate client satisfaction.

A graduate of McMaster University with further executive education from Harvard Business School and Rotman/Insead, Michael excels in building inclusive, high-performing teams and delivering innovative strategies to address complex business challenges. He serves on the boards of CubicFarm Systems Corporation and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.
