Anawim is a safe, substance-free community where health, recovery, and belonging come first. We welcome people experiencing homelessness, poverty and addiction with compassion, and hope. Our two homes—Anawim House for men and Susan's Place for women—provide live-in recovery and supportive community. Susan's Place also offers a safe haven for women experiencing domestic and intimate partner violence. Through our live-in and community drop-in programs, we walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives, strengthen life skills, and create lasting pathways to recovery, stability, and independence.
