Promoting mental wellness in Victoria by raising community support and funds to implement the community based Clubhouse International Program.  Much more than simply a program or social service, Connections Place will be a community of people who are working together to further their personal and common goals.

We work together as a group to create opportunities for members to return to school or university, gain employment, have a place to live, connect with their families, make new friends, and create multiple successes.  Our Clubhouse is a place to rejoin the worlds of friendship, family, employment, education and health.
