Message from the President and Owner
When I started Wells Gray Tours in 1972, little did I know that it would grow to what it is today. I spent my teenage years exploring Wells Gray Park, a large wilderness area north of Kamloops. To help pay for my university education, I devoted my summers to arranging bus tours of the Park. After graduation, I expanded this service into a year-round business which I called Wells Gray Tours because the park was still our main destination.

Since then, the company has grown to become one of British Columbia's largest tour operators. Tours depart year round and, though we still offer tours to Wells Gray Park, we take our clients around the world. British Columbia, North America and international destinations are featured, with exciting itineraries that range from one to 30 days. Each tour is escorted by a knowledgeable, friendly and experienced tour director and always includes an excellent variety of accommodations, attractions and meals. We travel by motorcoach, cruise ship, air and train and sometimes, on a Mystery Tour, customers don't even know where they are going. Tours are geared toward offering a pleasing mix of free and scheduled time - you can relax and we'll make sure you don't miss out on the sights worth seeing.

I am proud of our office staff and tour directors, many of whom have been with the company for 15 to 30 years.
