Respecting that everyone has their own "Way" we conduct a personal Life Event Readiness Assessment to determine what needs to be included the Personal Passage Plan. The Plan contains eight comprehensive checklists and priorities for the overall action plan. Included in this service are access to trusted service providers to assist in areas such as legal, financial planning, home care, quality of life, social media, emotional well-being, real estate, concierge services, seniors residence options, rightsizing, transition and end of life decisions.
