Our CHEK News team Monday to Friday features veteran anchors Stacy Ross @ 5pm, Joe Perkins @ 6pm and Andy Neal at 10pm along with a team of dedicated reporters. Veteran weatherman Ed Bain and Community Host and sports fan Jeff King have created an incredibly endearing and fun news segment “The Upside” a daily segment and weekly program highlighting the positive stories in our community and around the world to bring some levity and smiles to our viewers. “The Upside” took home the BCAB Broadcast Performers of the Year award in Fall 2020.
CHEK Weekend News with Hannah Lepine and Tess van Straaten rounds out our week with news at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
