Our company structures and administers Private Health Services Plans with transaction processing taking place in Victoria. Unlike a group plan, with Coast Mountain, you pay the actual medical and dental expenses. You also set the maximum amounts that can be claimed by employees (Shareholders who are active in the business are also employees by virtue of working in the business). Our plans have no set up fees, no premiums, no maintenance or annual fees. Your company gets the tax deduction and the employee receives the reimbursement tax free. If the employee does not spend the entire allowance, the company saves 100% of what is not spent.
