Happy Body Centre is run by me - Elena Muratova. I am a personal trainer and a Healthy Lifestyle coach. After years in professional sports (Olympics, World Cup silver medal in moguls) and recovery from two knee surgeries, I now help my clients to overcome various mobility issues due to injury, disease or lifestyle choices. I specialize in overall improvement of the ability to engage in activities of daily life and hobbies, recovery from an injury, and fall prevention. After working with me, my clients are able to do activities they love doing, be more independent, and actively participate in life. I assist my clients in physical exercising and provide emotional support through one-on-one or group coaching. Seeing my clients get out of the downward spiral, become optimistic about their future, and regain their freedom and enjoyment is the most rewarding part of my work.
