PGL Environmental Consultants Ltd. (PGL) is a Canadian, employee-owned environmental consulting firm offering contaminated site management, environmental planning, and hazardous building materials services to government, institutional, industrial, Indigenous Nations, and private clients. PGL was established in Vancouver, BC, in 1991. Over our 34 years in business, PGL has grown to have five offices with over 110 employees across Canada.   

PGL opened our Victoria office in 2014. We are grateful to operate on the Traditional Territories of the Lekwungen-speaking Peoples, known as the Songhees and Xwsepsum First Nations. Our Victoria office is at Unit 101, 727 Fisgard Street. In this office, we have 15 technical environmental consultants and 1 administrative staff available to immediately respond to any request.  

Our technical team is composed of environmental engineers, geoscientists, biologists, hydrogeologists, regulatory specialists, and environmental planners who are keen to be at the front of their profession and provide exceptional customer service.  Our size and locations allow us to offer the accessibility, expertise, quality assurance, depth, and risk management/insurance of a larger firm, with the focus and customer-oriented service of a smaller firm. By style, we are customizers, focused on understanding client needs and building long-term relationships as trusted advisors.
