At Active Recovery Physiotherapy & Hand Clinic, we’re passionate about empowering our clients with the education and exercises they need to get better. We use our extensive physiotherapy experience with injury rehabilitation and exercise prescription to help you recover faster! Our physiotherapists will provide you with a thorough physical assessment, assess your timelines and goals for rehabilitation and develop a customized treatment plan to get you back to all the activities you enjoy as quickly as possible. We provide detailed home exercise programs for flexibility, strength or posture, some hands-on treatment, and modalities for pain and to facilitate healing where appropriate. We offer specialized hand therapy services but we do treat the entire body! The arm is part of the body as a whole! You’ll leave your initial appointment with a plan for your recovery and a home exercise program to get started on your own.
