Kardel’s mission is to help people with developmental disabilities have a good life and to respect their personal choices.

Kardel has nine staffed residential homes that provide 24 hour support to 36 individuals. These homes are well established in neighborhoods throughout Greater Victoria, Saanich Peninsula and Duncan.  We provide caring and supportive environments that help people live as independently as possible.  All of the individuals in our homes have many opportunities to enjoy inclusive lives and be active in their communities.
