With over a hundred corporate members, UDI Capital Region is a non-profit association that represents thousands of individuals involved in all facets of land development and planning, including: developers, property managers, financial lenders, lawyers, engineers, planners, architects, appraisers, real estate professionals, local governments and government agencies. UDI plays an important role in advocating for the development industry on National, regional, and local positions and issues with government, and provides all members with the opportunity to contribute to a single industry voice. We concentrate our activities in three primary areas: Government Relations, Professional Development, and Research We provide our members with networking opportunities within the Greater Victoria development industry, education via events and public speakers, as well as exposure to local industry trends and dynamics and above all, the opportunity to have a collective positive impact on the future of the Capital Region.
