Really looking forward to hosting this workshop with the PeopleOps community! Join me as I share my learnings, laughs and strategies on getting HR buy-in from executives. Having been on both sides, it really is the key to improving workplace culture and well-being. Exec buy-in = ➡️ More budget for salaries, benefits and employee experience ➡️ Systemic change and strategic input ➡️ A seat at the table to make sure people are considered alongside profit Special thanks to Alanna Gammage and Ashley Forseille, CPHR for organizing this!
