Patrick works so that the people that live in remote, rural and resource communities have and know they have the power to live in their communities and invest in future generations.
Patrick has +10 years of independent business and economic development consulting, working in the private, public and not-for profit sectors. As an independent business and economic developer he has been selected for individual assignments and as a members of teams and leading teams working on a diverse set of projects and assignments.
Previously, Patrick served in local government for more than 28 years in various roles including as founding CEO of a local economic development corporation, senior Manager responsible for Property and Economic Development, a Director for Development Information inside one of Canada's largest municipalities and as a Land Use Planner.
From the personal and professional development support of senior executives and business owners, Patrick has specialized in business development, stakeholder engagement, business and operational transformation using unique competencies including peer advisory techniques, connecting with people, providing strategic and operational advice, resolving issues quickly and with accountability, often driving large scale industry, employee and community engagement initiatives.
